Retro Mid Century unusual Tall Boy Chest of Drawers made in teak and walnut. Beautifully designed and crafted chest of sox drawers featuring lovely round ball solid brass handles and smooth walnut veneer drawer fronts. The chest has fantastic original splayed atomic legs that run up both sides along with a double curved top. We are unsure of the brand of this item but it looks similar style to Alfred Cox furniture. These drawers would make a stunning addition to any retro inspired bedroom or home.
The chest has been cleaned and stripped back. Then has been refinished in shellac french polish finish. This gives a real deep shine and shows off the patina of the veneers along with protection to the wood surfaces. Please see pictures for any obvious marks or defects. The item is very clean and stunning condition. There is a slight indentation where the back legs attaches to the side. The drawers show minimal wear and the Overall condition is a very high 8 out of 10.
