Here is an opportunity to own a cocktail cabinet by Turnidge of London. This is a very stylish drinks cabinet made from teak and afromosia legs. This cabinet has very nice central drop down door that exposes the drinks prep area. This has mirrored back. There is also a bottom slender drawer with matching scalloped grab handles. There is a display section with sliding glass doors to the top of the unit that would be great to display glasses. This has so much class and style with very strong scandinavian design features making this an outstanding piece of furniture.
This drinks cabinet is in very good overall condition. It has been throughly cleaned and has been refinished using a combination of oils and waxes. This enhances the wonderful teak grain and for future protection of the wood veneers. There are small signs of wear but no obvious marks or major scratches. There are some feint lights spots to the top but nothing major. Overall this item is a 8.5 out of 10 and would look stunning in a mid century themed or contemporty home.
As with most Mid Century items of furniture, there will be signs of prior use, surface scratches, fading etc. But nothing to detract from how stunning this item looks. Please see photo’s for any obvious dents or knocks.
