Neatly designed chest of three drawers made from teak. Features lovely inset solid dark afromosia round grab handles and tall slender teak coloured legs. We are unsure of the manufacture but we are sure its Danish. The chest of drawers have a very sleek look and are wider than most usual sets of drawers. They date from the middle of the twentieth century. These would make a stunning addition to any retro inspired bedroom or home.
The chest has been cleaned and rubbed back. Then has been refinished in multiple layers of Osmo hardwax oil. This gives a real deep shine and shows off the archived patina of the teak veneers along with protection to the wood surfaces. There are some filled dowel holes to the top of the unit and there is a slight split on one side. Please see pictures for any obvious marks or defects. There are a couple of feint marks to the top shown in the pictures. Overall 7.5 out of 10 for Condition
