This is a scarcely seen coffee table by G plan. This dates from around the late 1970s and follows the popular Fresco range. This coffee table is made from a solid afromosia frame with a lower rattan shelf and a round glass insert. It has been made to a great standard as all G Plan furniture and has a very retro vintage look, along with the rattan shelf and minimal design. This is rarer than the G Plan Astro coffee tables. This would make a great addition to anyones home.
The table has been rubbed back and refinished with Osmo hard wax oil. This has given a deep shine to afromosia wood. The table does show some previous wear and use but is in sound solid condition. There are some feint water marks on the legs and some light scratches around the edges. The glass shows quite a few scratches that are very hard to see on a picture. Overall the table is a 7.5 out of 10.
