Retro Long Danish Style Teak Sideboard This long sleek sideboard has an unusual light teak stripped veneer and dark ellipse handles. We are unsure of the brand of this sideboard but it shares very similar build, style and fixings as Jentique furniture. The sideboard consist of a a double cupboard with internal divider and curved removable shelves. There is a central bank or three drawers, the top felt lined for cutlery. To one end there is a drop down drinks cabinet (shelf missing in the photos but it does have a removable shelf) . A very stylish item from the mid century that would look fabulous in a mid century modern or contemporary themed home.
The sideboard has been completely cleaned and rubbed back. This sideboard has had the top veneer completely replaced to a veneer that matches. Then it has been finished in layers of osmo hard wax oil to restore a deep shine to the teak and protect the vintage wood. This item is in good condition. There is a dent mark in the top and some small marks on the sideboard. Any significant marks will be shown in the pictures. The item is not new and shows signs of previous use. After refinishing, the sideboard is a 7.5 out of 10 for condition and is a stunning example of Twentieth Century furniture.
