Vintage Kinnarps of Sweden Office storage cabinets. Matching pair.
This stunning tall and smaller oak storage cabinets are made by the high end Swedish brand of Kinnarps. They specialise is office furniture and chairs. These cabinets date from the late 70s to the 80s. These units are made from striking light oak veneer with stylish tambour door fronts. These are a modular type units and the the taller unit has three tambour doors and a drawer unit. The smaller one has just two tambour doors. These have both been set upon 12” steel hairpin legs to give it a fresh modern industrial feel and look. All doors have working locks and there are keys.
These units would be a perfect bathroom unit or used as a kitchen larder but also perfect as stylish office furniture. These will make an impression in any home.
The cabinets have been thoroughly cleaned and rubbed back and then a light wax polish to give the item a vintage shine. They are in stunning condition throughout with minimal wear or heavy use. The smaller unit doors show a line mark where the lock mechanism has rubbed. There is one small chip out of one door tambour slat. Overall the condition of these units are a high 8.5 out of 10 with all the doors and drawers open smoothly and no damage to the item. Very nice example of original Swedish furniture.
