This is a matching set of three bar stools by Howe. These are David Rowland 40/4 chairs but made as a counter top Stool. These date from around the 90’s and although not from the mid century, these are still made to a excellent standard and have a very high end feel to them. The 40/4 design was designed so that the chairs are stackable and this set of three stools cleverly stack on top of each other very compactly. The seat is made from a sprayed black bent plywood and the frames are a solid chrome metal. They have very nice plastic protectors to stop floor scratches. These are made by the danish company Howe and are still made today but are £400-£500 per stool. This Stunning Set of stools are very well designed and very useful. They will make a stunning addition to anyone’s kitchen breakfast bar or a home drinks bar.
These stools and in their original condition and they are very clean and without major damage. There are wear spots on the edges of two chairs which have been painted in. And also a few chips and scratches to the paint finish. The frames are very clean and show minimal wear. Any marks or dents are shown in the pictures.
