Stunning mid century G plan Form Five Sideboard on industrial hairpin legs
This is a stunning up cycled sideboard from g plan. This sideboard is from the short lived form five range and features a unique sliding door mechanism. this allows both doors to be flush at the same time with no over lap and used as sliding doors. This is the longer sized sideboard and has a very plain minimal style with great teak veneers. The addition of the industrial hairpin legs gives the sideboard a modern fresh look with also keeping with the mid century style.
This sideboard is in very nice original condition. It has been rubbed back and then refinished using danish oils and wax polishes. this has given the sideboard a very deep shine and will enhance the grain and the protection of the wood. There are some signs of west but it’s a very clean example of danish furniture. Any marks will be shown in the pictures. The overall condition of this item is 7.5 out of 10
The sideboard is on 14” legs and these can be changed with 2” increments and also a range of finishes and colours are available
