Stunning G Plan Teak 1970s Fresco Sideboard. A very nice example of this iconic item of furniture. This lovely G plan Sideboard with angled doors been enhanced with the addition of a set of Afromosia tapered wooden legs. The new updated look of the premium legs adds to the overall style with the angled doors and the wide Fresco grab handles on the drawers. This is a slightly less common model from the Fresco range and is very well constructed as with most G plan furniture. The sideboard has very strong danish influences in the design. A very retro iconic mid century piece.
As with most mid century items there will be signs of prior use, surface scratches and some fading, but in this case nothing to detract from how stunning this sideboard looks.
The condition of the sideboard is very good. It has been cleaned down and refinished with a combination of danish oil and waxes. The unit now has the deep shine that it would have had when new from the G Plan factory. This unit is a high 8.5 out of 10 and only has minimal surface scratches and signs of wear.
