This military issue solid oak desk was constructed by Remploy and is very much indicative of the era with two smooth hidden drawers, neat, lightly angled legs and a coffee coloured leatherette top. The desk has a very strong utilitarian design and feel that would make a wonderful statement in any home office.
The desk has been cleaned and rubbed back along with being refinished in a buffing wax. The desk is in good order with no major damage or any wobbles. The desk has a very nice patina and a lovely used worn look. The desk top shows marks and dents but all over damage free.
