This chest of drawers is made from a walnut veneer. We have not encountered any other items in this range and believe that Meredew only made a few of them. This item has a great build quality as with most Meredew furniture. These drawers have a very minimalist modern design with stunning walnut grains, The drawers are sat on lovely original walnut turned legs. This has wonderful styled wooden handles and a curved bevelled edge to the drawer fronts. A very stylish and limited item that would fit right in with a modern interior or a contemporary themed room. This chest has three large storage drawers.
The item has been cleaned and rubbed back and refinished with a buffing wax. This has enhanced the protection to the original finish and given the walnut grain a nice deep shine. The condition is very good. There is no damage to the top and it’s very clean all over. A chip repair on the bottom drawer top edge shown in the pictures. The overall condition is a 8 out of 10. Stunning drawers that would go well into anyone’s home.
