A beautifully designed & crafted 1950s walnut dining table manufactured by the renowned & highly collectible cabinet maker Alfred Cox of Great Britain. Featuring an extendable design with striking walnut top grain. The table has a very nice minimalist design with strong Danish influences. The table has stunning slightly splayed legs. The table top has a and a solid walnut. A rare item, stunningly designed, that will fit into any collectors home or a retro themed dining area.
The dining table is in a lovely refinished condition and was originally very well looked after. It shows minimal polish marks and surface scratches and has been cleaned and rubbed back and refinished with coats of danish oil and buffing wax. There is a dark spot on the table and some marks shown in the pictures. It’s overall condition is an 8 out of 10 with no major damage and mechanism working fine. Any significant marks or defects are shown in the pictures.
