Stunning example of the iconic G Plan Astro round coffee table. This table is made from solid teak and has wonderful curved shape legs and a curved round top. This is very typical of G Plan high quality build through the 60s and 70s and has a stylish glass insert. The table is from the ever so popular fresco range and is becoming harder to find good examples of this style table. This is an iconic item of mid century furniture and would make a statement in anyone’s home.
The table is in stunning condition and has been completely stripped and re oiled to enhance the deep grains of the wood and add to the protection of the table. The glass top has very very minimal wear and hardly any surface scratches. This table is a 9 out of 10 for condition and is a very good clean original item from the mid century that has been lovingly looked after for over 40 plus years.
