A very nice example of a original Romanian made Compact Sideboard Storage Unit. It is made from a teak veneer and has solid round inset grab handles. The unit has two sliding cupboard doors with a light interior and full removable shelf. We have never seen many items made in Romania and this has a very strong Scandinavian design along with some European charm. Very nice minimal design and nice smaller size perfect for an alcove. solid wood handles to doors and the drawers.
This sideboard is in very nice condition. It has been rubbed back and then refinished using danish oils and wax polishes. this has given the sideboard a very deep shine and will enhance the grain and the protection of the wood. There are some signs of ware and use. Any marks will be shown in the pictures. Small mark on the top and a touched up corner edge. There is also a repaired split in one of the legs.
Overall this item is a 7 out of 10 and would look stunning in a mid century themed or contemporary home.
