Mid century teak bureau by Sutcliffe of Todmorden Furniture (S Form). UK made c1960s. Great for small spaces and perfect for working on a laptop or as a writing desk. There are three large drawers underneath a pull down work surface all set of short solid wood legs. The top section has a lock and it comes with a very cool original key. This is made to a high standard and has very similar handles to mcintosh furniture.
The unit has been cleaned and rubbed back. Then refinished with Osmo hardwax oil to restore a deep shine to the teak veneer. The item is in very good condition and shows minimal signs of wear and tear. Some small chipped veneer repairs but nothing major. Any major defects will be highlighted in the photos’. Overall the item is 8.5 out of 10 for condition. Will fit seamlessly into anyones retro or contemporary themed home.
