Stylish and Stunning Stag Sideboard with Six Drawers
This is a stunning six drawer sideboard in light oak. This is part of one of the ranges designed by John and Sylvia Reid. This has wonderfully styled geometric angled handles made from solid oak that sit on the smooth oak veneered drawers. This sideboard has nicely proportioned drawers with the centre ones being larger. The sleek unit is then set on top of slender turned light beech legs. These drawers have very strong mid century design influences and a very modern minimalistic design which is very typical of John & Sylvia Reid. Very stylish retro item with very good build quality.
The condition of this unit is good. Condition wise they are an 8 out of 10. No broken or loose parts and drawers all run smoothly. There is a small nick to one of the top corners of drawers shown in the picture. The sideboard have been refinished in a combination of oils and waxes to give a deep shine to the grain. Lovely item that would fit seamlessly into an ultra contemporary or vintage themed home.
