A beautifully designed & crafted pair of 1950s walnut matching wardrobes. Manufactured by the renowned & highly collectible cabinet maker Alfred Cox of Great Britain. Featuring one larger wardrobe and a smaller one. They are both constructed in walnut with some having a very striking grain. The pair have a very strong mid Century design along with superior build quality. The larger wardrobe ha a three doors and split two sections. The smaller wardrobe has two doors with split rails. There is also a drawer with shelf and a mirror attached to the door. Both wardrobes are set on lovely splayed legs and have such a great look along With locks and nice solid brass handles. A stunning item that would make a perfect addition to a retro inspired bedroom. The wardrobes are in great original condition. They have been lightly cleaned and wax polished. There are some light scratches and scuff on one door edge. There is no major damage to either wardrobe and they are very solid built. There might be some light paint speckles but these are in stunning original condition. Overall condition is 8.5 out of 10 for both wardrobes.
