Here is a very nice example of a G Plan Mid Century corner unit, with two beautifully curved doors sporting lovely grain. This is from G plan fresco range which has teak veneer and solid Afromosia handles and edging. With interior removable corner shelf to give ample storage as a media unit, drinks cupboard or vinyl storage.
This cabinet has had the plinth removed and has been up cylced on to industrial metal hairpin legs. The unit has then undergone thorough cleaning and rubbed back. It has then been refinished using a combination of oils and waxes to help enhance the deep teak grains and restore the look the g plan units would have had from new. There is some fading to the top where the original book case was on top and a very feint cup ring. This item is a 8 out of 10 and will be a stunning addition to any retro or traditional themed room.
