Original Mid Century media Tv Unit Sideboard. This is made by the the English furniture maker Herbert Gibbs and is made to a good standard. This sideboard has open compartments to store full size vinyl records with brass rod dividers. There is also a pull out drawer with dividers and an open storage/display section above that. The sideboard has been up cycled with the addition of brass coloured hairpin legs to match the brass rod dividers. This sideboard has very sleek minimal design which has strong Scandinavian influences and is very stylish and practical today. The compact size sideboards are always rare as they normally start from around 5ft upwards.
The sideboard has been cleaned and rubbed back. Then had been refinished in multiple coats of danish oil. The sideboard is in very good condition and with very small polish marks and light wear the overall condition is 8.5 out of 10. The top and fronts are very clean and has been very well looked after.
